So I must say that I am very happy with zpacks. I purchased a used Arc Haul off of eBay. The description said that everything was interchangeable, both belt and shoulder straps.

But when the pack arrived I realized that the belt was interchangeable, but not the shoulder straps.

I emailed zpacks and explained my issue to see if I was just stuck with these the shoulder straps or if there was something they could do.
